1. Broad antibacterial spectrum and low resistance
After acidification, amoxicillin is not hydrolyzed and inactivated by β-lactamase, so that it still has an antibacterial effect on general enzyme-producing resistant bacteria, and at the same time improves the killing ability of gram-negative bacteria. So the antibacterial property is more broad-spectrum, the whole antibacterial effect is better than ordinary amoxicillin.
